WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available for all purchases. You can pick up your order during the following hours:

  • Days: Wednesday to Thursday
  • Timings: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
    Don’t hesitate to get in touch with us at 0345-9022287 or on WhatsApp before arriving to confirm that your order is ready for pickup.

Shipping Options

We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs. Some products may be shipped directly by third-party suppliers managing our inventory.

Standard Shipping
  • Free Shipping: Free standard shipping is available for orders above PKR 3,500. Delivery time is 3-5 working days.
  • For Orders Below PKR 3,500: A flat shipping fee of PKR 300 will be applied.

Delivery Timeline:
All delivery timelines are approximate and provided in good faith. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. All deliveries are restricted to addresses within Pakistan.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

  • We do not deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Delivery timelines may vary for remote or less accessible areas within Pakistan.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or text message with tracking details. You can use this information to monitor your shipment status.
